Privacy policy

What we collect
- Application form: name, email, mobile, business name, the option you prefer, your role and team size, work email system (Google, Outlook or other), laptop type, best time for the session and the job you want done first.
- Your name, email and mobile are saved when you press Next on step 1, even if you don't finish the form.
- Where you came from (for example the ad you clicked), passed in the page link.
- Browsing activity on this site through the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies. It records page views, when step 1 of a form is completed and when a form is submitted.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you by phone, SMS or email about your 1-to-1 consult.
- To check your setup is a fit, confirm your session time and send your invoice.
- To measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use Pixel data under its own policy.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored with Netlify, our website host, in Australia and elsewhere. We don't sell your details, and we only share them with Netlify (hosting), Meta (ad measurement) and Google Fonts (font loading). We delete your details 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer for tax or legal records.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@stufftheadminai.com.
- Opt out of contact at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
- Control ad tracking in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.
