What you get

A setup checklist and a business questionnaire to complete before the session.
One 1-to-1 online session of 3 hours. If we need a 4th hour, it's included at no extra cost.
One real job from your week, agreed with you before we start, done live on your laptop.
Setup: 30 days of email support from the session date and one 30-minute check-in around day 14.
Setup + 90 days: 90 days of email support from the session date and a 30-minute check-in each month.
Support is help using what we set up. Building new systems isn't included.
A take-home pack.

What you need

Your own Mac or Windows laptop.
Gmail or Google Workspace for your work email.
Your own paid Claude plan, billed by Anthropic. It isn't part of our price and we don't control it. You can cancel it with Anthropic at any time.

Price and payment

Setup is A$997 in total. Setup + 90 days is A$1,997 in total. No GST is charged.
We may decline an application. If we accept you, your time is locked in once your invoice is paid.

Our guarantee

If we haven't completed the job we agreed by the end of the session, tell us on the call or email us within 7 days and we'll refund the full amount you paid within 5 business days. This doesn't cover your Anthropic plan.

Moving or cancelling

Tell us at least 24 hours before your session and we'll move it at no cost.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session and we'll refund the full amount you paid.

Your part

You log in to your own accounts. We never ask for or hold your passwords.
AI can make mistakes. You check anything before it's sent, posted or relied on.
You're responsible for what you send, and for the information you choose to put into Claude.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded, including that they'll be provided with due care and skill. For a major failure you may be entitled to a refund or compensation.
